Make sure you read this topic carefully. I'll start off with the basic info and rules.

BASIC INFO
Your character survives from a plane crash (not all characters have to be on the same plane, but will obviously enter the city at different times) and enters a nearby lighthouse, which brings him/her deep down into an underwater city. However, he/she is not alone; strange creatures with special powers lurk here. They are the former inhabitants of Rapture, who have become less than humans, as they hunt down intruders and search for two medicines: ADAM and EVE.

The medicines have different meanings, and both were invented by scientists who lived in Rapture. EVE is what gives them special powers, and ADAM is what keeps them alive. If you run out of ADAM, you won't survive. Your character too, will have to find some ADAM before they are being attacked by the former inhabitants. You can find both medicines in small bottles lying around the place. Be quick to grab them.

» This is officially the first intermediate/experienced roleplay on these forums. That means that you can't write a post with three, or four lines. No, the more, the better. I usually go with at least two paragraphs of six lines as minimum, but you don't have to go that hardcore. Yet. TOO SHORT RP POSTS WILL BE DELETED, HAH.
» Some strong violence and gore is involved. Be prepared.
» This takes place in the present day, year 2009.
» As usual, you don't control anyone's characters.
» Normal forum rules have the highest power here aswell. I give you a special possibility to curse in this RP, but don't go off-limits.

RAPTURE
A city underwater, now abandoned and quarantined. Most people think it's empty, but it isn't. Andrew Ryan quarantined the whole city after the major chaos which is the mystery you will have to find out. That basically meant no one leaving the city until they die. The inhabitants of Rapture first tried to think of a way out, but when you're locked down in a city with greedy, rich people, your head is sure to start spin. Everyone literally lost their minds. Some started hunting alone, not trusting anyone and just wanting to survive and find ADAM and EVE in order to do so. Some however formed groups or gangs, knowing that once they'd be in a big pack, they could take down even those with the most powerful special powers. As you will see, no one's sane here.

ADAM and EVE
When times were still happy and fun in Rapture, scientists started to develop in secrecy all sorts of cures and medicines. Rare non-curable illnesses were able to cure and even the most ugliest person could be turned into a beauty with a drop of medicine and a couple of scissor (you don't want to know). The biggest inventions were ADAM and EVE. EVE was more common, and everyone was buying it. EVE gave special powers to normal people. Some could control elements, others could read minds.
ADAM was invented a little after EVE. It became the source of strength and life. The powers of EVE could not be used without regularly drinking ADAM. That's why ADAM became very expensive and precious.

ADAM is a red glowing liquid.
EVE is a blue glowing liquid.
