I might write some story about myself once, but I'm not in the mood right now... sorry... xD But I will come with a pun:

Written this way it means "Dreams of Regulations and Young Men in Their Prime". xD Title for a new RP? :3

Yayz! tnx for cookies! (¯ω¯ )

@ Drake, I think "forum" is written フォーラム in katakana. Check here. Your transcription looked plausible though. ^^

Yeah, ehm... I am really really bad with katakana. So it is actually Yume who told me how to write it.
So Yume! Say something!

Yeah, it's like that. It's just that I had forgotten that you could do that too, with a little o. ^^'' So I was in the right direction the first time, but it sounded weird if you used a large o, and thus I made you change it into ho instead of fuo, because it sounded better. Explaination over.

No sweat! Like the Japanese tend to say, "even good swimmers drown". Very Happy

Bit of Jap culture:
In Japanese the expression is 河童の川流れ (kappa no kawanagare), used to say anyone can make a mistake. Literally it means "a kappa carried away by the river's current". A kappa (literally meaning river-child) is an imp-like water sprite. Sometimes the word kappa is used to describe an excellent swimmer.
I looked up a similar expression, which is 猿も木から落ちる (saru mo ki kara ochiru), meaning "even monkeys fall from trees".
